When my friend's mood is getting off, I try to convince him but he used to getting more angry with this, what should I do ? My all effort had gone fail when I try to convince him. I am so fed up with this?

I wanted to ask a question that I basically often feel that the Base of my right toe is on fire like I feel a burning sensation or kind of inflammation so what may be the cause behind this situation I personally feel that it is due to some kind of nerve problem so what would u suggest me for its treatment???

For the past five days the area on the top of my left foot next to my fourth toe has been numb. Movement of my foot and ankle etc is normal. I had a bruise on my left knee but it has mostly faded, I have just moved house so it's possible I injured that leg carrying furniture but don't remember.
