Hi Doctor, I’m a 20-year-old male and would like some guidance regarding a few symptoms.
For the past 7 days, I’ve been urinating quite frequently, around 8–9 times within 12 hours. Sometimes, even after urinating, I feel the urge to urinate again shortly afterward. I’ve also noticed that I’m more thirsty than usual and have been drinking water more frequently.
For the past 2 months, I’ve also been experiencing persistent fatigue/tiredness. My sleep doesn’t feel completely refreshing, even when I get what seems like enough sleep, and I often feel the need to take a ~1-hour nap during the day. I initially thought this was due to sleeping late,but the tiredness has continued even after I started going to bed earlier.
I’m also currently being treated for acne.My dermatologist prescribed Doxt-SL, which I’m taking as directed:Twice daily after food for 2 weeks
Then once daily 4 weeks.
I have taken spicy food in a get together. Now belly is burning.
Can you suggest anything to get relief.
Should I take antacid like Rantac ? Will that help
My age is 23 and height is 5'1" and my weight is 74.7 kg. I gained almost 12-13 kgs from last 18 months and because of that I am suffering from multiple issues like my blood pressure is not in normal range sometime it raises and now my menstruation cycles are also irregular from last 2-3 months please give me some suggestions
My ferritin levels are at 8.1 ng/ml
Last year it was 12. But I was not prescribed any supplement as my hb was 12.4. I again did ferritin test by myself.
I am 28 years old.
I am having a lot of fatigue, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety and a high pulse rate, it's been a month and I am not able to do basic functions. I don't have the energy to leave my bed.
Please suggest a good supplement. I am extremely tired and weak. Please help.

I am getting frequent fevers. One type of antibiotics works once,next time that medicine does not cure and another type I use then again after 1 month getting fever. Also whenever there are I am exposed to cold I get fever again.
Kindly suggest medication.
