I am a 24 years old women and I have a 1.5-year-old baby (delivered by C-section). I am facing a problem in my sexual life. My husband says he does not feel much sensation during intercourse and thinks my vagina feels loose. Because of this, our intercourse is not satisfactory and it is affecting me mentally. I also feel that my vaginal lubrication is less (dryness), which may be causing discomfort. I want to know: 1. Is vaginal looseness possible after C-section? 2. Can this be due to weak pelvic floor muscles or hormonal changes? 3. What can I do to improve tightness and lubrication? 4. Should I do Kegel exercises or take any treatment?
I am 33 years old. My testosterone levels over the years have been: 476 ng/dL (2017), 422 ng/dL (2023), and 453 ng/dL with Free T = 10 pg/mL (2026). My recent hormone profile shows FSH = 19.6 (slightly high), LH = 8.01 (upper‑normal), Prolactin marginally high, and TSH = 10.068 (high, subclinical hypothyroidism). My semen analysis shows 2 mL volume, 200 million total sperm, 70% motility, 75% vitality, and 70% normal morphology. Given these reports, can you please advise: 1. Are my testosterone and semen parameters normal for my age? 2. Do these values indicate good fertility potential, erection strength, and libido? 3. Should I be concerned about high TSH and marginally high FSH/Prolactin? 4. Do I need further tests or treatment for thyroid/hormonal balance?"
