Hi can someone please tell me what it is ? I have this for a month now. It doesn't hurt but get burning sensation when I eat something acidic. It is in the same place didn't spread or anything. I have this ever since I had peri peri fries continuous for week as it was spicy,acidic , hot and salty. Could it be the cause? I did ask my dentist who told me to reach out to oral specialist since I also have hypothyroidism and in a lot stress could be a cause of it. . It does look scary and I'm too afraid to visit the specialist.
I have consulted many doctors but no one is able to tell the problem. I am having pain and sensitivity in a few teeth including no.5 upper tooth but as per them there is no problem in any tooth except 5th upper tooth.
