So my current weight is 67 kg and my height is 5'2. I am highly vitamin b12 vitamin d and iron deficienct person. My vitamin b12 level was 118pg/ml. Vitamin D was 21.47 and iron was 36 ug/dl. Right now I am not sure how to manage my vitamins level and have the weight loss. I am always tired and feel fatigue. In addition, on monday I am keeping fast. Please suggest

Despite reducing sugar, exercising regularly, following diets, and trying home remedies, I have been unable to lose weight. I have had severe constipation since my pregnancy 8 years ago, along with bloating and abdominal distension. I had PCOS in the past. In April 2025, I consulted a Siddha doctor for PCOS and took medicines for one month. I spent around ₹10,000, but I noticed weight gain and stopped the treatment.
