How to lose weight

I'm currently 70 kg 168 cm I had gained 5 kgs in 10 months because of new pg shifting, which now I have left. I'm a nursing student. My esr and mch is also high. Test done in dec Hb dec-13.1 Hb april-11.6 I had also taken anti anxiety medicines From dec till now I had taken meds for  cervical pain and  hemorrhoids How should I lose weight with my heavy college schedule and hectic clinicals.

Weight loss guidance

So my current weight is 67 kg and my height is 5'2. I am highly vitamin b12 vitamin d and iron deficienct person. My vitamin b12 level was 118pg/ml. Vitamin D was 21.47 and iron was 36 ug/dl. Right now I am not sure how to manage my vitamins level and have the weight loss. I am always tired and feel fatigue. In addition, on monday I am keeping fast. Please suggest

Unable to lose weight despite diet

Hello Doctor, I am a 32-year-old female, height 156 cm. My weight was 58 kg until March 2025, but it suddenly increased to 63 kg. Despite reducing sugar, exercising regularly, following diets, and trying home remedies, I have been unable to lose weight. I have had severe constipation since my pregnancy 8 years ago, along with bloating and abdominal distension. I had PCOS in the past. In April 2025, I consulted a Siddha doctor for PCOS and took medicines for one month. I spent around ₹10,000, but I noticed weight gain and stopped the treatment. Since January 2026, my periods have become regular and I currently do not have PCOS symptoms. I have also consulted a gastroenterologist, but nothing has changed. I am looking for safe Ayurvedic treatment and guidance to lose around 8 kg. Could there be any hormonal or metabolic issue.could you please provide guidance or advice to reduce my weight and help to cure gut problem
