I’m 24 male from Mumbai. A 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with an E. coli infection in semen which was causing post-ejaculation pain. After completing treatment, the pain has reduced significantly overall, but I’m still facing some issues. I still get a spike in pain during ejaculation, especially when the penis is not fully erect. This happens quite often during nightfall, where ejaculation seems to occur before full erection. I’ve also noticed that I’m not getting strong erections like before, and ejaculation often happens before full erection along with increased sensitivity. There is no major pain during the day otherwise. Should I consult a urologist again or see an andrologist for this? Is this a normal part of recovery or something that needs further evaluation? Thank you.
Hi Doctor, will you please check attached image and also zoom it for proper examination. My foreskin outermost tip looked like sticked with the shaft due to some swelling behind glans or corona. Will you please check and let me know this disease name and also if you have any cream/ointment treatment for reducing the swelling and freeing the outermost foreskin to cover glans again. I am ready to connect you but need some basic understanding here also if you have seen such cases before or not like this?

Hi Doctor, my foreskin retracted many years ago and stayed behind glans i thought this as natural growing process causing permanent exposure of glans since then as seen in attached photo. But today i retracted it more to find why its not covering glans in flaccid case also i found my outermost foreskin tip have some pinkness and looking like sticked to shaft of penis through a tissue as seen in attached image. Will you please check and let me know this disease name and if treatment is possible through any cream/ointment?
