Observing little redness inside cheek near lower wisdom tooth since last three days. Had history of tobacco chewing but stopped since last five months. Sometimes use to chew pan without tobacco. The place was also being irritated by tooth pick sometimes as there is a cavity next to wisdom tooth. How to treat this?

I had done Root canal 10 years ago. All was good. Last few months pimple type bump come out on the Gum. Few days it stays and then blood comes out and it goes away. No pain no issue.
