Eye examination findings: Vision: Right eye – 6/9, Left eye – 6/18 Pseudophakia (status post cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation) Medical history: No history of diabetes History of hypertension The following medications were prescribed: Maxmoist Eye Drops – 1 drop, 4 times daily Aydrops Eye Drops – 1 drop, 4 times daily Unfortunately, despite using these medications as advised, his symptoms have not improved.
