Retroplacantal collection

I am 19 weeks 3 days and in level2 USG I got anterior low lying placenta. A retroplacantal collection measuring 53x52x37 mm vol 53cc covering internal os. Placental maturation grade is 2. I had subchorionic hematoma of 0.4 cc at 6 weeks which got resolved in 2 weeks. I had a miscarriage at 21 weeks last year July with DNC (no cause found). I am confused and scared if this is threatening to my baby? Baby's growth is good till now.

Pcos after tb

I suffered from tb twice from 2024 to 2025 there was recurrence for second time,during tb i had pcos but before that i did not have , right after my tb I was not having periods for 3 months doctor prescribed deviry and told me to start mala n for 3 months and then stop it and wait for normal period the first month i had normal periods after stopping but again I'm not having any periods since 2 months doctor prescribed deviry 10mg to take twice daily for 5 days but I'm not having any periods after 1 week i did have cramps while taking deviry but it's gone.My hormonal and usg are normal doctor is saying.I'm a virgin. Also i did not have any signs of ovulation since 2 months no breast pain no cramps nothing.What should i do if periods aren't coming?
