I am 27 years old and I have been masturbating regularly since around the age of 15–16. For the past approximately 2 years, I have noticed that my erections during masturbation are not as firm as they used to be, usually around 60–70% firmness. I also feel that my penis has become smaller compared with how it used to be, especially when it is not fully erect. I am concerned whether this perceived reduction in size could be related to my erection quality or another underlying condition. I'm sexually active for 2-3 years, all my previous hiv tests are negative. I always use protection. I consulted a dermatologist, he said it's molluscum and can be removed not serious and Fully curable. I took a second opinion with a infection disease specialist He checked and said its hpv and not curable. I'm very much worried and depressed. Also mentioned no tests available to test for men. Kindly help me to diagnose the actual problem, is there any hpv tests to do for men? I googled and came to know there 100+ strains in hpv. How to find out whether I'm hpv positive or not? And which strain it is? Or its something else.
