Hello Doctor, Medical History: Confirmed UTI via urine test. Abdominal & scrotal ultrasound was normal. Completed a 10-day course of Cefixime 200mg, Flavoxate 200mg, and Serratiopeptidase. Symptoms almost cleared completely.About 15 days ago After finishing treatment, I had masturbation/ejaculation once over 4-5 days, and the pain/discomfort has returned. I am currently in a remote college hostel location with no doctor nearby. So please help me.
I took finasteride 1 mg started stopped and the started and then finally stopped(took it for 10 days) and had a prolonged arousal which erectile Dysfunction and hyperspeamia (high semen volume). Erectile Dysfunction is gone but hyperspeamia is still there it has been 14 days .When will my hyperspeamia go away and why this happened?
