Over the past few months and years, I've noticed more visible superficial veins on my penis while flaccid. They are soft to touch, painless, and become less prominent when there is cold temp. No redness, swelling, or tenderness. I see smaller new veins appearing as well especially post sexual activity. I'm mainly concerned about whether this is normal and whether any treatment is needed. Also more importantly, I'm cosmetically worried about how it looks.
Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. My height is 5'9" (175 cm), my weight is 100 kg, and my BMI is 32.6 kg/m². My recent fasting morning total testosterone level is 321 ng/dL (reference range: 249–836 ng/dL). Although it is within the normal range, it seems low for my age. My HbA1c is 5.7% , TSH normal . Do I need any further evaluation? Do I need any treatment, medicine, or supplements? I have attached my testosterone report. Please advise.
From past 10 days I'm facing low urine output
Little urine coming out after applying pressure .....
Hello Doctor,
I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for the past 6 years. It started immediately after an incident during which I heard a "pop" sound followed by a sudden loss of erection. Since then, I have not regained normal erections or regular morning erections, and my quality of life has been significantly affected.
I underwent a routine penile ultrasound in the flaccid state, and the report was normal. Based on this, the urologists I consulted advised that a dynamic penile Doppler is not required and suggested that my problem is more likely psychological than physical.
However, because my symptoms started suddenly after that incident, I am concerned that there could be an underlying physical cause, such as a vascular or nerve injury. I would appreciate your opinion on whether further evaluation is necessary and what investigations or treatment you would recommend to determine the exact cause of my condition.
A urologist prescribed me FARONEM 200 and URISPAS for 8 days for my prostatitis which I am suffering from 6-7 months what should I do now continue it or consultation other urologist for medicine
