I am having continuous pain on the right side of lower back just above the hip. It feels like muscular pain or a joint pain. It hurts while walking. Not much pain while sitting or sleeping. It started suddenly and it is hurting for the past 3-4 days.
Actually I have a problem of bilateral cogential dislocation of hips as you can see in the x ray , still I have no pain and any problems in daily life activities.
