Neurological problem

My elderly family member started having memory and behavioural changes after a major emotional shock in our family, when three close family members passed away within just three days. Since then, she has become much quieter, forgetful, and confused at times. Earlier, she used to become emotionally hyper, talk excessively, argue/scold a lot, stay awake at night, and sleep excessively during the day, because of which the doctor prescribed Olimelt 2.5 (previously 5 mg, now reduced to 2.5 mg due to excessive daytime sleepiness). After reducing the dose, her sleep cycle improved and she stays more awake during the day. However, she still repeats the same phrases many times, sometimes asks about deceased family members and then later remembers, and occasionally says she wants to go home even while already at home. She also has shakiness, weakness while walking, reduced activity, and dizziness/faint feeling especially while standing. She currently takes Syndopa Plus, Olmet 40 for hypertension
