Intermediate acting insulin takes a time period of two to four hours to work and its effect can last up to 18 hours in the body. Diabetes dignosis

In 2024 when I had repeated loose motions for more than a month I took blood test for Salmonella(Typhoid) which was normal with that I also checked random blood sugar which was 308 and Hba1c was 10.2 I tried modifications in food and lifestyle later i just left as normal. Now when i eat sweets or more cabs I get shock like pain in foot which is unbearable and cant sleep. Now I dont wanna take blood test as a safe measure what medicine can i start can someone suggest please.... Night time I urinate 3 to 4 times. Any suggetions please

Diabetic since eight years

I have Diabeties since 8 yrs i m taking medicine of glucomet 500 sr once in the morning and olmy 20 bp tablet my hba1c done around 1 month ago is 6.6  yesterday I have done ppbs it's 200 in glucometer bcoz day before yesterday I have taken alloo parathas big quantity should I change medication wen I was newly diagnosed in 2015 my hba1c was 10 that doc was different doc he prescribed janumet 50/500 two times day n night and vobit 0.3 two times day n night then after 6 months my hba1c came to 6 but my weight was reduced from 60 kg to 43 kg so i went to another doctor he prescribed glycomet 500 sr once and current weight is 51 and height is 160 cm so should I change medication and sitagliptin is not suiting me it is decreasing my weight so which medicines to be taken pls suggest

Hb1ac -6 , fasting normal , pp normal hb

I am 40 year old. Recently i had blood test in which my iron(43) , hb ( 11)and percentage transfeerin saturation -11 , fasting is 93,. In 2024 i had done fasting and pp , values were -96 fasting , pp 89 . I dont want to start medicines . What should i do ?? Hb1ac -6 . Please suggest .
