Insulin Treatment

The hormone responsible in the body to control the levels of sugar in the blood is called insulin. Long acting insulin is given on a daily basis as it can work for a whole day. Many techniques and instruments such as a needle, syringe or a pen-filled instrument can be used to administer insulin into the body.

Glp 1 eligibility

Hi, I’m 27 years old female and currently weigh 100 kg and height is 5'5". I have been working out regularly for 6 days a week and eating normal home cooked food, but I’m not seeing any meaningful weight loss. I also have hypothyroidism — my TSH was around 11 six months ago. I do feel low energy and fatigue quite often despite trying to stay active. I’ve also noticed signs like dark pigmentation around my neck and under my eyes, which I’ve read could be related to insulin resistance. I feel like despite consistent efforts, my body is not responding, and I’m getting physically tired. I want to understand if there’s an underlying metabolic issue. Could you please guide me on what tests I should do and whether medical treatment options like GLP-1 medications would be appropriate in my case?
