I have been diabetic for the past 9 years.My diabetes has been under control for these years until last one year hb1ac is going beyond 7 and it has reached 8.5 last week.I have been doing my exercises and taking proper proportions of food.What else needs to be done in order to bring my hb1ac levels under control.Please advise
Right ovary: 3.5*2*2cm (vol: 7.5 cc). left ovary: 3.3*2.1*2.4cm(8.8). Endometrium: 5.5 mm. Bilateral polycystic ovaries detect from June 2018 end because of no periods in 2 months and irregular periods. I consult a doctor, taking medicine which is prescribed. weight loss from 57 to 53.6 approx. Still not having periods yet. should I continue medicine allopathy or go for Ayurveda? when my periods will be normal?
Is it useful to skip meals(breakfast) to prevent diabetes.??
My family has history of diabetes. When checked on Google, it is mentioned that it is useful to skip breakfast to prevent diabetes.
Snice, last 15 months I m suffering from weakness, fatigue, dizziness throughout the day.These symptoms are more in morning .
I had to eat frequently to keep these symptoms on control if a meal is skipped these symptoms will increase .
I had undergone various blood test like LFT,KFT,SERUM ELECTROLYTES , TOTAL PROTEIN ,S.CORTISOL etc which alll came to be normal except the blood sugar levels which always

Fasting sugars -74,70,66,62 are the figures that used to came in various blood sugar test .
Inspite of taking high carbs and protein diet for months these problem is not getting cured
