Is my penile damage reversible?

I have erectile dysfunction , 2 years ago after masturbating i started peeing blood for 2-3 days, because i used to put pressure on the middle of the penis during masturbation for maximum pleasure during ejaculation now i think my penis is irreversibly damaged but i do get good enough erection with tadalafil medicine but it hurts on left side and middle and downside of the penis as well & penis is always sensitive. when i dont masturbate for 4-5 days i get little bit morning erection after waking up but i havent experienced natural full erection from last 2 years, masturbation addiction has destroyed my penis. If it is Urethral stricture will treatment help? Will i need serious surgery? I'm in mumbai if any specialist in mumbai can tell me what to do it'll be a great help thank you. 2 years ago i saw a urologist but I was too scared to tell him the real issue so I only said frequent urination now I don't have any frequent urination issue but I also don't have any hope now
