Hello Doctor, I have a lot of itching in the outer vaginal area, especially at night. I also have small bumps there, along with some irritation. I had spotting for the first few days around my date of period, then I started bleeding normally on the last Monday and since then I am bleeding it's been more than 7 days during this time I am loosing big clots of blood too, I didn't have periods like this, it's completely painless and I don't feel weak but it's just the bleeding isn't stopping.
