I'm feeling pain in left upper abdomen and I'm not getting gas and burp. I'm feeling it is stuck and causing this issue. Even back pain also I'm getting. If I have tea or coffee immediately I'm feeling gas. Stomach will bloat if I have coffee or tea. I have tested in lap. I have ldl 123, hdl 35.8, triglycerides 254.8, vldl 51. Please suggest any tablet to control cholesterol. My friend suggested Lipirose 10mg. 2 years back I took atorva 10mg. Which is good ?

My 2-year-old child was playing on my back for a long time, then towards evening I noticed My back feels tight. just above the middle of my back, it hurt with movement, This pain also occurs while eating or drinking or when burping., the pain was like a wave. When that wave of despair comes, it feels like my breath is being held back, I feel uncomfortable.
What should be done?
It started with sneezing and constant runny nose three days back. I took Montek LC tablets for 3 days. But now I have nasal congestion and chest congestion with cough. While coughing, mild chest pain and burning sensation. Not much mucus coming out. Also, I have average fever with body ache.
Please advice medicine and cough syrup.
I was having shoulder and neck pain in the morning due to wrong sleeping position and lifting heavy weights the last day. Suddenly I fainted and then started having seizures when my mother started pouring water on my head. Whole thing lasted for 15-20s. I have a history of convulsions but that had stopped years ago when I was little.
From 3-4 days I feel vomiting sensation but not vomit also pain in back shoulder right side also pain in forehead. Reason?
