My father 60 yrs old with complains of difficulty in walking, b/l knee swelling and pain, with bowing of right knee( varus deformity) Please suggest treatment. I am adding image of knees.
I’ve been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly (3 doses completed) as I found my Vit d level 19.8 ng/ml. My symptoms like body ache, muscle pain , anger have partially improved. Should I add Vitamin K2 (MK-7) to this regimen? Is it necessary for calcium utilization and safety, or can Vitamin D alone be continued?
Dr I am scheduled for tongue ulcer surgery and biopsy on Monday. Two days ago, I took a triamcinolone injection and started linezolid for knee(OA)treatment suggested by dr.
