Hello Doctor, I would like to consult you about my daytime tiredness and sleepiness. I often feel tired and sleepy during the day, even when I get enough sleep at night, and sometimes I feel low on energy. I work out regularly in the evening for at least 1.5 hours. I would like to understand whether my current daytime tiredness and sleepiness could be related to stress, anxiety, my diet, exercise routine, or any nutritional/vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Could you please advise me on whether I may have any nutritional deficiencies and what dietary or lifestyle changes you would recommend? Thank you, Doctor.
