Health Q&A
Idk what is this

So, I went to a doctor and he told me that it is gastritis, which is some due to eating too much spices. And I agree with that. But I still have two questions : If it is due to spicy still there is a moment when I felt like heaviness in my cheat, unable to breathe, feeling smthn and getting nervous and thinking what it is even when i didn't eat anything spicy. Second it even happend when I was watchin a show and some scene made me nervous and I started feeling it again, but I wanna ask, since I study in a college where I don't need to go regularly, so I sleep around 6 am in the morning and wake up around 4 pm (also coz I have been depressed 2 years ago), and then when I wake up I have my lunch and have dinner around 12 am or smthn. I just wanna know since my family hates this schedule of mine, but I am like this only and I feel comfortable too (GEN Z LIFESTYLE yk) do you think this schedule is not okay? and it could be a reason of what I feel? or what.

Digestion issue

Doctor, I get burps even if I'm drinking water, or eating any small food or anything. All this is happening since a month. I'd get stools daily but 2-3 times or someday constipation. Sometimes a lil cramp at right upper side of abdomen. Idk if it's muscle stretch or strain or what since I was going to gym too for weight loss. I checked my ultrasound it had fatty liver changes grade 1-2 rest was normal, to confirm this I went for fibroscan it showed no fatty liver CAP value was 174 kpa 3.3..I was experiencing hairfall last month more so I tested for my iron, b12 were borderline low. I took iron and b12 supplements and tested after a month, b12 and iron didn't increase. Now my b12 is 155, iron 43 and hb 11.5... I visited my nearby gastroenterologist he just gave me esomeprazole and domperidone tablets, psyllium husk and i dont know why why he gave anti depressant. And started b12 injections. He also checked for celiac disease, the report was negative. What should I do please help

There are also lump kind of around my anal area and the part also itches sometimes, it's probably haemorrhoids but I have been taking  sitcom forte tablet as prescribed by my physician but the moment I stop taking it the bleeding starts the next day.
