Is taking whey protein for continuously for a long time is safe and is it safe taking whey protein one scoop in morning breakfast and taking one scoop after gym in evening is it fine or should i limit myself for taking it one time only.
Why do I always have vitd iron and b12 deficiencies if i take supplements they will be normal levels otherwise they decrease it is becoming much problem for me to take tests im taking tests 3 times in a year I'm taking much care regarding food habits also i had mild gastric and I'm having lot of hairfall due to this deficiencies
Iam very lean and low muscle mass iam a strict vegetarian now iam getting weight traing but i cant get the relevent protein level in a day and now iam taking soya chunks and other legums etc. Is taking soya chunks daily cause any internal problem or any other problems

1:10: Tea (no sugar)
2:10: 2tbsp Sattu in water + Lemon
4:00: 2 Multigrain roti + 2 bowls Dal/Veg + Salad
5:15: Tea (no sugar)
6:45: 1 bowl Roasted Chana
7:15: Tea (no sugar)
8:30: 50g Soya chunks (minced) + Cucumber/Onion
9 PM - 12 PM: 15-hour Fasting
