Hi My serum value B12 226 pg/ml, past 1 year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed 3 re-nerve plus injection. Hi, My brother's (Age 38) TRODAT result came as below: Presynaptic dopaminergic dysfunction on both sides (L>R). Doctor Prescribed following tablets and he is yet to start the medication. 1. Rasalect 1 mg (once daily) 2. Amantrel 100mg (twice daily) Currently the symptoms what he is having is mild and only discomfort in one hand finger movement and he is able to manage. My questions are 1. Is it necessary to start the meditation immediately as he is able to manage with just minor discomfort only. (Understood that these medications create side effects) 2. Does starting meditation early or late have any merits / demerits with respect to the progression of the disease? 3. Is this scan report finding confirmed Parkinson? For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a month. Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting pain and numbness and I am worried that why the pain and numbness is not going. 15 days are left in my medicine to finish the course.
