Observing little redness inside cheek near lower wisdom tooth since last three days. Had history of tobacco chewing but stopped since last five months. Sometimes use to chew pan without tobacco. The place was also being irritated by tooth pick sometimes as there is a cavity next to wisdom tooth. How to treat this?
I just had my permanent filling done after my root canal, but I'm experiencing a lot of pain. Is this normal after a filling? The dentist told me that my temporary filling had come off between appointments, so food got stuck inside, which caused the pain. She prescribed Leford DT three times a day. I have had pain on the right side of my forehead/temple for the last 2 days (pain around 7/10). I also have pain in my right lower wisdom tooth, which is partially erupted. I am not having fever, vomiting, blurred vision, or weakness. I had a cold a few days ago, but it has resolved. **Could the forehead pain be related to my wisdom tooth? What medicine can I take for temporary relief, and do I need to see a General Physician or a Dentist first?
I had done Root canal 10 years ago. All was good. Last few months pimple type bump come out on the Gum. Few days it stays and then blood comes out and it goes away. No pain no issue. I checked with Dentist who did RCT. She did x ray. It came good. So she said to do this CTscan. Please can anyone guide me what to do? Dentist said to remove all 3 tooths. As I will be flying back in 2 weeks please help me
Hello Doctor, Iam 30 yrs old men , I have had redness only at the tip of my tongue for the past 6 months. A dentist examined my entire mouth thoroughly, including the red area, and said everything looked normal. He prescribed Candid Mouth Paint, Vizylac tablets, and an anti-inflammatory medicine. The redness improved by about 80%, but it returned after stopping the treatment. Not completely resolved The redness is mild at rest but becomes dark red while eating. I have mild occasional numbness only while trying to touch the redness area by tongue, no pain, burning while eating, ulcer, bleeding, or discomfort. The red area has not increased in size over the last 6months. The 1 month before this redness I had a viral fever and took heavy antibiotics. I also have GERD (Grade A), gastritis, a previous H. pylori infection (treated and later tested negative), and eczema on my right-hand fingers.
