Lethargic, Brain Fogged
I currently work a hectic desk job where I am glued to the sceen for 10 hrs approx for 5/6 days a week. I have recently had issues with focus, I'm lazy, have started to feel brain fogged and loosing my chain of thoughts while speaking. Wanted to check if my B12 and Vit D is right. I have had low levels of both 6 yrs ago. Took the medication and have never tested back again. Also lifestyle has been sedentary from last 1 year in my new job.
Sudden Severe Pain on Both Sides of Back
I am experiencing sudden, sharp pain on both sides of my back ribs. The pain is severe, around 8/10, and I do not have any other symptoms, and there is no pain while breathing. Could this pain be caused by gas, acidity, muscle spasms, or some other problem? What could be the possible cause, and what should I do to get relief? Do I need any tests or a physical examination? Please suggest what might be causing this pain and advise me on the next steps. Thank you
