Two weeks ago my vit d level came to 24.The doctor has given me 60k units of oral vit d shots.I often have pain in my knees, shoulders and back. And the calf also keeps getting tired.Can this ever be okay, doctor? The bones of my hands, feet or waist often crack while I am doing some work.what should I do now ?
I am F30 overweight . I am having pain on bottom of the foot of my left leg . Position is around 2 fingers below my middle toe. I feel it's a muscular pain and it has been persistent for past 8 days now . I woke up with slight pain and then I played badminton bare foot for 1 hour . Can that be the cause ?? I'm having neck pain and upper back pain only on left side and it is radiation to arms only and no tingling or pins and needles. I visited ortho doctor he mentioned to take zerodol th max 4 for 5 days morning and night and pregaba m75 for 10 days. Is it ok to pregaba m75 with asomex 2.5 which I'm taking from 2 years. Also can I stop pregaba m75 after 10 days? Please help
Got meniscus injury in left knee in Jan 2026 and has been in rehab, Grade 1 lateral complex tear with Discoid Meniscus, knocked knees - Has started walking but slow without walker - getting catches or snaps and not locks 2 inches below meniscus in the back upper calf left side and in the front left side 2 inches below meniscus joint line or tear - during the catch usually pains in the front 2 inches below meniscus left side of left affected knee for 1-2 seconds but sometimes the current feels till lower down in the last 2 toes. Overall the intensity of snaps which was 50 to 100 in a month in March has gone down to 10 snaps a month and that too during turns or certain angles of the leg below knee .. Otherwise NO clinical symptoms All the physiotherapist say NO to surgery whereas 80% orthopedics say Yes to surgery just on the basis of the words "Discoid" & "Complex" to which many Doctors specially physios dont agree saying - born with discoid, tear is in lateral part of lateral menisc
