Little joy brain and multivatamin gummie

Hi doc, Can you please advice if little joy gummies are really beneficial for kids? . No health issues but should we give it to kids? My kid is 5 years old Thanks

Immunity concerns

Hi Dr my daughter is not eating fruits. Due to this I see lack of nutrition and important daily vitamins. Is it safe to give supplements to 6 yrs old. I heard of multivitamins gummies, how safe they are and can these be given to children. Or any other alternative to this.

Feeding problem

7 months Flat head baby

Should I be concerned when sound imitation starts she will do gesture imitation like clapping tongue out banging etc but no sound imitation like mama dada baba
