My brother ,44, who lives abroad has severe leg pain. MRI w/o contrast showed mild degenerative changes, multilevel mild foraminal stenosis, radiculopathy, mild arthropathy. Dr there suggested to take Methylprednisolone (Medrol dosepak) 4 mg for 5 days for pain. Paracetamol, ibuprofen does not help much. He also suffers from high bp, acidity, fatty liver My query is that - is Methylprednisolone okay/safe to be taken for leg pain issue ? Thanks 🙏🏻

This repeated for 3 days. Then we consulted the doctor and took an MRI. Report is attached. Kindly let us know what the problem is? And what is the next course of action?
