My husband has high total cholesterol and LDL values. We had done two blood tests in a span of one year and the values are merely constant. i am little worried about this. He is a non smoker, pure veg, non alcoholic person who prefers eventual physical exercises due to work related to the office. please refer to the attached report specific to Cholesterol. Also, please suggest some good home remedies to bring this in control.
1 year ago I had a panic attack and my heart beat was very fast. My trop t level was 3 that day. Since that day I'm having palpitations problems. I have done echo test 2 times, 1 TMT test and a 24 hrs holter monitoring from govt hospital and private clinic. All of these tests are normal and I've taken anxiety medicine for one month. Its better than before because now I know how I can control when palpitations starts. But when I start excercise then my heartbeats are so strong, I feel like something punching in my chest inside and due that I get scared and couldn't continue. Just want to know if there is any problem and still I should check it with any test. Palpitations occurs only when there is gas issue or exercising. Rest heatbeat is 50-80.
