Hello Doctor, I had a dental X-ray yesterday and was advised that there may be an infection in an old extraction area/root region. I have been prescribed Metrogyl, Amoxy 650 LB, Aceclo SP and Rabeprazole DSR. The tooth in that area was actually extracted several years ago. Could you please review whether the treatment plan and possible extraction/surgical removal are appropriate? Also, does the X-ray suggest anything serious or dangerous?

I have to get a crown for my front tooth- I had RCT done on both twice- even now, the Dentist opened the teeth to check if any cleaning required- all good But the problem is that on second appointment one of the tooth started paining bad- I have got the medicines, and that is keeping the pain down- I don't understand when all the nerve has been removed and the doctor, she cannot see any infection while she is using the files - then what exactly is causing the pain? I have a cavity between two teeth. Filled with cement 1 month back but it is slowly coming out because at the time of treatment im not able to open mouth for long because I'm of continuous saliva flow.. max i can open for 40sec. if any thing touch my tongue saliva will come. now what is the solution for this, i need to cover the hole? please suggest.
