High ige year round blocked nose

Hi, my ige is always high ,even though my allergy test doesn't show much triggers.i always have blocked nose during night year round.when I wake up I am fine after 1-2 hours but in early morning it's blocked most of the days this pattern repeats itself year round.

However , now a days many Laser procedure are there. Why non laser treatment ? So many laser procedures are advertised heavily like FILAC , VAAFT+FILAC ,  EFLA Laser procdure , etc etc Main point : sphincter- sparing . Please guide how do i go about to choose. Deep cut on toe

I fell down in the bathroom yesterday and the skin underneath the big toe opened up. I cut the skin and the wound is slightly deep and I can see redness. I went  to the nearest hospital and the doctor described one tt injection, pain killer and one antibiotic for five days. No ointment was prescribed. I am using nesporine ointment. Should I use any other ointment and should stitches be required ?

Skin graft healing at donor site

My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now. Kindly provide opinion on the healing process now and whether any extra treatment is needed.
