I have multiple lipomas on my arms and other parts of my body. So far, I have had 5 lipomas removed at a government hospital through conventional surgery, but the procedures left visible scars on my skin. I've attached photos for reference.
Recently, I spoke with someone who had lipomas removed using a technique involving a very small incision, through which the fatty lumps were squeezed out. They also shared a photo of the treated area with me, and there were absolutely no visible scars or marks in the photo. Honestly, I couldn't even tell where the lipomas had been removed.
I'm looking for a doctor in Bhubaneswar, Odisha( other recommendations are welcome) , who performs this type of minimally invasive lipoma removal, or a similar technique that can achieve excellent cosmetic results with little to no visible scarring.
"18 months ago, I had a smooth swelling near my anus.( image attached) When touched, it felt smooth like a boiled bubble. About 6 months ago, it disappeared automatically on its own. Now, it has appeared again. What could be the reason for this, and what type of condition might it be? I do not have any other symptoms such as blood in stool, constipation, etc."
Hi, i got fissure, dr has prescribed sucralcoat ano cream for ulcer after BM & cremagel-l before BM.
After BM in the morning, only cremagel l reduces spasm through the day. If i use sucral, i feel spasm.
Can i mix both creams to get benefit from both??
I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice dark-red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day. I want to know whether this could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or another condition, and what treatment or medicine would be appropriate.

I have already take folic acid 5mg per day for 50days and for B12 do I need to take shot or go for oral intake. If oral what is the B12 capsule need to be taken ?
