I am taking metronidazole for dental infection..can I take my scheduled hepatitis b 1 ml vaccine while on antibiotics therapy or should I wait for a few days before taking the vaccine

Hi Doctor, I am 32 years old and currently recovering from dengue. Today is Day 10 of my illness. My fever stopped on Day 4, and I currently do not have fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, or any bleeding. I have only mild weakness. I had a blood test today. My CBC is currently normal — platelet count 224,000/µL and WBC 6.63. However, my liver enzymes are elevated: ALT/SGPT 141 U/L, AST/SGOT 73 U/L and GGT 166 U/L. Bilirubin (0.42), ALP (98) and albumin (3.9) are normal.

How long does the rabies vaccine provide protection? I’ve taken around 13–15 doses over the past year because of my fear. Two days ago, I was feeding roti to a cow, and I’m not sure whether it licked my fingers or not. I’m worried that I might need another vaccine. Vitamin d deficiency
Hi, My Vitamin D level was 28 (insufficient), doctor prescribed 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks. After taking 3 doses, I noticed my heart rate goes above 100 bpm for 2-3 days after each dose. Should I stop this and switch to a lower daily dose instead? Please advise. Thanks
