Respected Doctor, I had cold and fever by 27 Feb and voice hoarseness from 1 march. I have taken self medication like Azithromycin (3 Days OD) and Cefuroxime Axetile (2 days BD) with anti allergic and Dolo 650 from 27 Feb to 06 March. After this I got relief only in fever and cold. The prescriptions for all the treatments I underwent during 6 to 22 march are attached. I have not taken any medication since march 22. Despite undergoing all these treatments, I have not experienced any satisfactory improvement. Laryngoscopy is also done by ENT. Still My voice is hoarse, though less so than before. After speaking for a short while, my voice begins to crack and fade. Immediately upon waking up in the morning, I cant produce any sound at all, as if mucus has accumulated in my throat. My voice clears up after inhaling steam or drinking warm water. I mostly have a dry cough, sometimes wet. At times, I experience a pulling sensation or itching in either my left or right ear. Please help 🙏

I have been facing a persistent issue of sticky throat, especially in the morning. When I spit after waking up, thick, yellowish, thread-like mucus comes out. Sometimes, I also notice small round food particles along with the mucus. While swallowing, my throat feels coated and sticky.
My tongue is always whitish with some rashes/patches and feels heavy. Occasionally, I notice slight blood in my spit while brushing in the morning.
I had last year treated H pylori , but symptoms still persist.
Could this be due to throat infection, sinus issue, acidity (GERD), or something else? Is it related to my previous H. pylori infection? What could be the reason for food particles in spit and white tongue coating?
Please suggest possible diagnosis, required tests, and treatment.

My 15 year old son has adenoid hyperthropy with enlarged tonsil of right side, acute pharyngitis and rhinosinustis, mouth breathing with obstructive sleep apnea level 2..he has cold and cough symptoms mainly in rainy season and recurrent infection and antibiotic course.In winter and summer he is okay, less to no infection..Is it due to adenoids or tonsils or allergies .Currently SLIT immunotherapy has been started.. Is this therapy enough or what other treatment can help him..
Kuch bhi thandi chiz khao special banaana to gale me khich khich hoti hai. Or o sardi khasi me convert hota hai. Kabhi bhi banana khao to hota hi hai. Throat me infection hone ke baad sardi hoti hai or khasi hona confirm hai..har baar yahi hota hai.
Or khasi 20 days tak rehta hi hai.
I have been suffering from severe cough for the last 4 years. Doctors told me it may be an allergy cough. Sometimes the coughing becomes so intense that I even lose control of my bladder while sitting. I want to know if there is any allergy test that can help identify what exactly I am allergic to and how it can be treated.
