Im suffering from lots of vaginal discharge and metallic like smell after completion of periods since 3 days now. And the discharge is clear or whitish at times with watery consistency.Its recurring at times just after periods and it happens alot daily now.It had stopped 6 months ago but again it happens.How do i get rid of it? I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures.
