After receiving 5 b12 injections last year,I suffered from severe side effects like headaches,constipation,knee pain etc. in which total inability to sleep at night(couldn't sleep at all or could only sleep for 1-2 hrs sometimes)and passing large volumes of urine at night were the most severe ones.After 7 months,all of the side effects went away and I was also able to sleep at night but the above mentioned urine issue kept on happening on every 3rd or 4th night despite stopping all types of fluids after 6 P.M,which fully disturbed my sleep.I took chandraprabha vati but it caused me urinary retention.I have already been taking melatonin 3mg and it helped me at first but now,it is not working anymore.Now,I can't sleep at night at all,pass large urine volumes at night and have also completely lost my strong memory(I used to remember all the names,faces,dates,meanings from years ago etc.).Please help me.Thank you.
Doc did kharsutra treatment of sentinel tag it got removed in 5 days after removal Healing didn't happen extremely painful motion next 5 days later managed through sitz bath and oils doc gave
Its been 1 month but still anal region is paining just inside region still hurts during motion . Taking ceraffin 5ml daily for smooth stool
How much time does it take to complete Healing how to proceed next

An ayurvedic Treatment given for Transsphincteric fistula of 4cm length and 5.8mm in width. Treatment is being done at very fast rate that is- preliminary softening on day1 and day2, thread inserted on day 3 and tightened on day 5 again finally tightened on day 7. Final Treatment on day 12. Is this OK to be this fast or normal slow proceedure is good.
All test reports normal for me and my husband but pregnancy is delayed almost 4years of trying. Regular periods 30day cycle no other issues but not able to conceive yet. My inner hands are super hot always? Could that contribute to issue in getting pregnant ?
