Hi I am Joel 37 year old IT professional and I'm pre diabetic from last 3-4 years. My sugar levels are not so good as I'm not consistent with my diet. So my main question is I have started gym from dec and I'm seeing my improvement in my physic. I am eating natural only like egg whites, chicken and possible sources of protein. My question as a diabetic can I have the pre workout and post work out shakes available which are available from market like muscle blaze, dynamite, well being, supply6 products? Is it safe for diabetic people to use? Does it have artificial sugars which affect the body? Pls suggest.
On behalf my niece ,her age was 20years. She suffers hair fall, laziness and Dizziness.recently we seen test reports of B12,D3 and Iron, ferritin, hematology all are detected very low values. She needs proper diet and requirements.
I am diagnosed with OCD and anxiety from last 8 years which literally destroyed my life and is on psychiatric medications since 8 years.....these medications give just 30-40 % relief but never address the root cause.....after been on psychiatric medications for so long , one thing I understood that medication alone can't heal me....so I consulted a nutritionist and she advised me a full body check up and gave me a proper diet plan along with allopathic treatment by another doctor.....my b12 was low so given injections....vitamin D was low so given tablets.....lipid profile was bad so given tablets....uric acid was high so tablets....without telling her now I am taking gut health test to improve gut microbiome for overall well being...SO MY FIRST QUESTION IS " IS IT GOOD TO TAKE GUT MICROBIOME HEALTH SERIOUSLY " and SECOND QUESTION I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OMEGA 3...I dont eat fish...and I read at many articles that omega 3 is necessary for healthy brain....SO SHOULD I DO OMEGA 3 INDEX TEST
Background:,
I've had 2 C sections, total hysterectomy and operated for Hiatus Hernia.
Am a bit over weight, so I do intermittent fasting, early dinner before 8pm and 16 hours of fasting.
Excercise in the morning, however my weight is stagnant, doesn't increase or decrease
Also my digestion is too slow which results in constipation.
I have Triphala powder at night 2-3 times a week
If I skip excercise for some days I get bloated
What could be the reason and which doc should I consult an confused
