I had a few questions about health claims on packaged foods and was hoping someone could clarify them for me:
What does a “high protein” label actually tell us about a food, and does it necessarily mean the food is healthy?
What is the difference between “zero sugar” and “no added sugar”?
Can a food still be unhealthy or nutritionally poor even if it has claims like “high protein,” “natural,” or “zero sugar” on the packaging?
When buying packaged foods, which parts of the nutrition label should we pay the most attention to?
Are words like “natural,” “multigrain,” or “immunity” actually useful indicators of nutritional quality, or can they sometimes give consumers a misleading impression?
I took finasteride for six days starting stopping and starting and finally stopping and had prolonged arousal which caused hyperspeamia (high semen volume). My erectile Dysfunction is gone but when my hyperspeamia will resolve . I am really worried.

Doctor, please help. I can't afford a consultation, so I'm seeking guidance here. My Vitamin D was 19 ng/mL earlier; after taking Uprise-D3 weekly, it is now above 60 ng/mL. My muscle pain and body aches have improved but still occur occasionally. Today's serum magnesium is 1.74 mg/dL. ( Range 1.9-3.1 mg/dL)Could this magnesium level be causing my remaining symptoms, and what should I do next? I'll be very grateful for your advice.
