I want to consult regarding wegovy or ozempic. Gaining weight due to eating which I have no control over my parents are diabetic too so I'm scared due to weight issues I will get diabetic too, already facing many health issues due to obesity. So kindly guide me about ozempic or wegovy for weight loss. I have done diets too but not helpful at all as I'm emotional eater.

I have type 2 diabetes diagnosed 6 month back, I am on metformin 500mg in morning, fasting sugar is under 160 and pp sugar is under 180. But I feel low energy and fatigue also when I lay down I feel tingling and numbness in hands and legs my doctor suggested for cbc test and vit b12 and vit d. Got tested and reports are all normal except some cbc values slightly elevated. My doctor told nothing to worry but still I am having fatigue and numbness in hands and legs when I sleep.
