I have diabetes and recently due uti, admitted in hospital and got discharged. However, again I am having some back pain and I observe some bad smell during my urination. Is there any issue.

Hb1ac and fructosamine
I had done blood test . Fructosamine value was normal , fasting -93 and hb1ac was 6, iron deficiency is there -45, folate deficiency - extreme . Hb -11. I am 40 year old . I dont want to take medicine . Is this the sign of prediabetes

I have diabetes from 8 yrs i have checked hba1c of 6.7 n i am on medication of metformin sr 500 once only and olmy 20 and one doc prescribed sitacip m 50/500 but after taking i have.
