For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a month. He asked me not to do any exercise and only do bed rest.Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting pain and numbness, i don't know if I can start the panchkarma or exercise? Please guide me if I can do some simple back exercises? Is it totally curable in ayurveda?
Can Ayurveda cure issues related to probable brain damage or CNS related issues, neuromuscular disorder prostrate problem, may be UTI also as there is pain in testicles, Sexual debility and PE related issues..

Have issues with low haemoglobin and also have high pitta and vata
I am.also on jain diet in which root vegetables.like.onion, garlic, beetroot, etc are avoided
Pls can you suggest how can haemoglobin be improved naturally without increasing body heat
Have to avoid aliv seeds, moringa leaves , sesame.seeds as these increase body heat
Pls can you suggest what can I have instead

Actively trying for baby for 4 years no luck - test reports normal for both except for a subserosal fibroid 2cm.
Periods always regular on time (30day)actively trying for baby.
Day 1 - bright red flow good volume
Day 2 - changes to stringy period blood and has lot of teeny tissues
Day 3 - considerably reduced blood flow
Day 4/5 - Almost nothing very little
Day 6/7- little stringy blood followed by white mucous
