Hi can someone please tell me what it is ? I have this for a month now. It doesn't hurt but get burning sensation when I eat something acidic. It is in the same place didn't spread or anything. I have this ever since I had peri peri fries continuous for week as it was spicy,acidic , hot and salty. Could it be the cause? I did ask my dentist who told me to reach out to oral specialist since I also have hypothyroidism and in a lot stress could be a cause of it. . It does look scary and I'm too afraid to visit the specialist.
I have consulted many doctors but no one is able to tell the problem. I am having pain and sensitivity in a few teeth including no.5 upper tooth but as per them there is no problem in any tooth except 5th upper tooth. As per the enclosed opg is there any infection or cavity visible in any of the tooth except no. 5?

Attaching the reference of my front teeth. The edges are bluish and translucent so I'm worried my teeth are getting thin and weak. I'm using Invisalign for alignment fixes but I'm worried about the current state of my teeth. I had oral sex with my girlfriend after that my tongue became white even after one year it is still white and feeling dry and less saliva mouth. I thought i got std and tested all possible tests everything is negative. when I researched a little the oral sex effected mouth microbes. If that is the case please suggest me what to do
