FINDINGS & IMPRESSION: Tiny nodular opacities involving right upper, middle zone and left hilar region. Reticulonodular opacites involving bilateral lower zones. Mediastinum is normal. Cardiac size is normal. Both domes of diaphragm are normal. CP angles are clear. Soft tissues and bony cage appear normal.

At last after an advice from one of the Best Pulmonologist Doctors I did X Ray and CBR followed by Ige Levels . The Medical Reports are Normal but it has high Ige Levels of 250 also Xray Shows Bronchial Marks . The doctor already prescribed all related medicines for My COPD and Bronchitis symptoms. For Ige and Xray I will be submitting the Medical Reports and hope to get the Revised Medication related to Medical Reports. Please advise Good Medicine to reduce My IGe Levels .
Hi Doctors, I have MDR TB and is taking prescribed treatment from a govt TB center for past 8 months of a 18 months regimen . However for last 1.5 months, i have developed a persistent dry cough again . I want to understand whether this is normal occurrence during long term MDR - TB TREATMENT or is it could be concerning? Also , i would like to know whether coughing is a mechanism through which TB bacteria are expelled from the body , and hence normal ? Also had a CT SCAN , indicating active infection please suggest , i have attached the CT SCAN Results
I am going through a chest congestion which is mainly because of cough there but it's not seasonal cough which can be easily out because it's old unhealed cough and when I start coughing sometimes it's vibrate my chest like dry cough and mostly feel cough in throat. After all test and check ups doctors said it's allergic cough and my ige level was also above 1100 . However from that time my condition is improved by 20 to 30% but not completely cured .
