Blood in Urine

My wife if suffering pain while peeing and some times blood visible in urine. This is the 4th time happened during the last one year period. She took some medicine by consulting the local RMP doctor and the issue resolved yet times. However looking for a permanent cure treatment this time.

A well-defined 3.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at lower calyx of right kidney. A similar well defined 4.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at upper pole calyx of left kidney Right upper & mid ureter are also mildly dilated secondary to right lower ureteric calculus 6.2mm Kindly suggest medicine
