The sugar level (usually PPBS) of my father is remaining high (320-360) since his neurosurgery that was done in the month of February. He has type 2 diabetes and is on medication for the last 12 years or so. Currently he is taking Glimmy 2 (once before breakfast) and Gluvilda M 50/500 (once after breakfast). His HbA1c is 7.7 (last tested on April 1, 2024). How can his blood sugar level be managed effectively?
Doctor I have noticed that my temperature from 4-11pm remains between 99.2-99.4. At first the temperature rises slowly from 4pm from 98.8 and it reaches to 99.4 and it comes down on it own by 11.30pm everyday . My temperature in the morning remains between 97.5-98.5. I don't have any problems nor any other symptoms or discomfort. Just that I my temperature increases and decreases on its own. I feel a bit warm sometimes but not always when the temperature reaches to 99.4. My cbc , crp, ESR all are normal . I am having this since when I don't know. Just that I got a temperature and checked it once just like that in the evening and showed 99.2. And from then I check my temperature every day. I don't have any problems . I have started checking my temperature since last 3 months(from January) and every days it follows this same pattern. January also I had done CBC, ESR,crp that time also everything was normal and this time also normal. Is this phenomenon normal doctor ?
