Pain in both soles.

I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot soles since a couple of months esp. at late night and bed time . I tried hot water , voilini treatment at home but no relief so far. Rest i am a healthy individual with no history of any pathological or any other issues. I would appreciate anyone of you for guiding me in the right direction as to how to proceed about this problem from here on

I have upper body back pain since 4 month ago...pain is too much when am waking at morning and than pain is less with respect to now a days pain is too much..pain is more when am bending position like on bike riding and studying ...what kind of home. Lower back ache

I am suffering from back ache since 3 months. At times it is a pinching pain rising below my shoulder bone till hip and thighs. Very hard to walk and get up at times. Earlier i thought it is just a strain, now i am concerned about it. Sometimes it circulates from my left back to right, whom should i consult.
