My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve but my invasive coronary angiogram report is normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3
HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25
I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness
the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest.
Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od.
Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.
Is it a heart related problem?
Do i need to go for another angiogram?
How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor.

Good morning.
I would like to inform you that, yesterday I had a moderate to high pain around my chest area, pain on back left associated with difficulty in breathing.
Yesterday I had some chicken biriyani with a glass of coke. Day before yesterday I had fish curry both are home made not outside food and I had it in regular quantity not in excess.
With that in mind, I searched for home remedies and had eno, warm water. I went to toilet for 2 times and I am feeling better than yesterday night. But the pain is still on and off. Breathing is ok for now.
I have some Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, ENT issue like tinnitus,discharge, Vertigo issue. when I recently checked my BP in hospital I got 150/90. Nurse told me that's bec of speed walk. its ok. I request you to guide me what I need to do now, within what time I need to consult Doctor. If so which specialist do I need to consult Cardiologist or Gastro or Lung specialist. I am confused and please suggest me on this.
I have a query regarding medication for pulse.Iam 44 year old male taking bp medicines since almost 10 months.It started with telmisartan 40 mg then transitioned to 25 mg till it got changed again a week ago.Iam taking Rivelol 40/50 for bp and one medicine Betaloc 25 has been prescribed sos in case there are palpitations and higher pulse.Now my query is Iam checking my bp almost every other day the bp reading is normal but the pulse hovers around 90/91/92.Is this concerning.Also is it required to take Betaloc 25 in case the pulse is around 90/91/92 or should it only be taken if it crosses 100? Pls advise
My daughter have CHD by birth as small hole in heart by birth now she is 3 years old but still not facing any issue we are doing echo every year to check but doctors suggest to close the hole by ASD.
My question is now she is completely fine and heart hole can be cured by own or we need ASD.
