Health Q&A
About Health Claims on Packaged foods

I had a few questions about health claims on packaged foods and was hoping someone could clarify them for me: What does a “high protein” label actually tell us about a food, and does it necessarily mean the food is healthy? What is the difference between “zero sugar” and “no added sugar”? Can a food still be unhealthy or nutritionally poor even if it has claims like “high protein,” “natural,” or “zero sugar” on the packaging? When buying packaged foods, which parts of the nutrition label should we pay the most attention to? Are words like “natural,” “multigrain,” or “immunity” actually useful indicators of nutritional quality, or can they sometimes give consumers a misleading impression?

I have been started taking multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium glycinate , zinc monomethionine , Ashwagandha, creatine and protein Because there are a lot of capsules and tablets, I am taking all day. I am little bit scared if it's okay to take all of these things because I did not take any consultation for this.
