During thread mill stress test, it is found that mildly positive for reversible ischemia. Report is attached herewith. Please advice the further test Or medication what I do now to cure it. Thank you

Pulse rate stay 130-135 bpm during sleep for 5-6 hours does it weaken the heart heart if happen 5 month daily

I recently checked my cholesterol levels casually, and all the numbers are very low.
