Hello. I wanted to ask a body-positioning and exercise-related question. While lying on my stomach during sleep or yoga poses like cobra pose, I feel some pressure in the groin/private area. There is usually no pain, but I wanted to understand whether this kind of mild pressure is considered normal and safe for males. Also sometimes penis starts leaking liquid due to pressure on it, is it normal also ?

It's been 2 months since my gallbladder surgery.The first month was fine but from the second month onwards I suddenly started feeling cold all over my body.It suddenly becomes cold in one place at a time, but two or three different places too.Like suddenly it started feeling cold in both the thighs or sometimes it suddenly started feeling cold in the waist or in the shoulder area.Is this just nerve irritation from the anesthesia or something else?I feel like I start thinking too much.
