Bacterial Urinary tract infection

I found with e coli infection on urine. I take antibiotics suggested by physician but health goes down. Symptoms i have 1. Urine frequency 15-20 times a day i have to go for urinate. 2. Feeling of not emptying bladder. Ques.- Can i cure it with ayurvedic treatment.

Papaya in piles

Can papaya be eaten in piles. asking because it is of hot taaser. If yes can I eat both times i.e. in breakfast and dinner. What alternate fruits can be eaten that makes stool soft and has cold taaser I have chronic Fissure which is healing now and internal piles which comes out during stool pass and doesn't pain , need to push by hand.

Genital Herpes HSV2

Hello Doctors, I have got genital herpes(HSV 2) in Oct 2025. I got it from my Girlfriend and she is not aware of this because she is asymptomatic. But since then i am getting blisters every week one gets heal and after few days i get one again. I am just fed up of this. I have started getting anxiety attack and got admitted in the hospital twice. My parents wants me get married but i don’t know what to do. I think my life is over now. What should i do? I get suicidal thoughts as well. Please help.

Foamy or cloudy urine

I m having mild foam in urine since many months now recently i notices the foam is like flakes type or sometimes thick but it just 3-4 cm patch single or 2 patches types so is it ckd?? i m taking less water since childhood i have a history of kidney stone and recently i m facing mild burning while urinating so plz guide me should i do urine acr now or should i first increase my water intake if yes then how much and then do the test?? i m so worried bcz i m just 26 my weight is 35 kg Recently i did my routine urine test i attached the photo so i don't think its uti and also if i go to urinate 10 times in a day in that 5 times urine looks normal and other 5 times that white patches or foam or flakes type is seen in urine i m not sure what is it plz guide me
