53yrs female diabetic, hypertensive. All general blood parameters found within range after routine check up.
Diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy at C6C7 pain radiating from neck to shoulder then to bicep region.
Visited multiple neurologist and performed NCV, Xray , MRI like tests many times.
But every time every neurologist suggest pregabalin/Gabapentin and some pain killers.
Please suggest some treatment for it , preferably non surgical. Patient is suffering since a long time but no doctor is able to provide relief.
Hie, I Am unable to find out my exact health problem have consult many doctors, My all full body health checkup blood reports are normal but but I don't feel normal at all, I have accidity issue sometimes I feel shortness of breath head tightness specially if I go out I started feeling off balance or Tight head and neck and fear of dizziness. Sometimes for 1 to 2 min I get fast heartbeat shortness of breath and sweating in hand this all is happening since last 4 months. Also Bloating and Something weard noce in my ears during sleep especially when there is no sound around me. Are this Symptoms related to gut or nervous system.
Sudden loss of eye vision on 1st April 2026. After that treatment goes with neurologist for 3 months . They checked his nerves blocked due to stroke. Several test like CT Angio Head & neck done. MRI Done. But after 3 months of medication. Eye vision still not recover. Kindly suggest any angiography treatment required for the same. Or what to do next, so that eye vision return back.
Medicine - Cognivel 1 month
Tab - Ecosprin AV for 3 months.
Kindly suggest me what to do.

I had night time peeing a lot soon after drinking water with mild headache little bit demotivate with insomnia i take probiotic i have gut issue and inspiral 10 sr with brivact 50mg sir but i don't have tremors at all now
My lip is twitching since yesterday and it's irritating me alot. Feels like someone is pulling my lip. Please help
